Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, I was impressed. Freshly baked gluten free bread from the boulangerie was supplied just for me. Although breakfast was mostly bought in items there was an excellent choice including fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats and a selection of cheese. The hotel is in a quiet street but less than a five minute walk to the Arenes and old city centre Very clean Garage parking available by reservation was excellent

My "economic" single was small , overlooking the road, but had everything in it I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was a good breakfast buffet but it only appeared to be included in the price because I booked through booking.com. The reception is manned 24 hrs with mostly English speaking staff. The hotel is a short walk from the old part of the town where there are countless bars and restaurants.

The room was very comfortable great value for the money The staff were very helpful and friendly There was plenty of storage in the room and we were able to store our bikes in the garage securely. There were 6 plug sockets in the room! Central for everthing so could walk.

It was simple but everything was excellent: Very friendly welcome from the staff, terrific garage — newly renovated — with a section reserved for bicycles, spartan but very clean rooms.
